Orders and payment

• Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include the product only. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed only once full payment for the products and delivery has been received. We don't offer payment on delivery.
• Items in an unpaid order are held for 60 minutes, after which they may be released to other customers.
• If an item you paid for is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll refund you within 3–5 working days.

Delivery

Delivery times and fees are listed on our delivery page. Interstate orders are handled by our logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by events outside our control.

Inspection, exchanges and refunds

Every item is tested before dispatch. Please check your items within 48 hours of receiving them. See our returns policy for exactly when items can be exchanged or refunded.

We work hard to describe products accurately. Colours and packaging can vary slightly from photos. If you're unsure whether a product suits your device or needs, contact us before you buy.
