Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can process and deliver your order.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login details (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text), saved addresses and wishlist.
• Payment: payments are processed by Paystack. We receive confirmation of payment and the payment method type, but never your full card details.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Browsing: your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items are stored on your device to make shopping easier.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including sharing your name, phone and address with our riders or logistics partners (GUO or ABC Transport).
• To send order confirmations and updates by email.
• To send offers and new arrivals, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with the services that run the store: Paystack (payments), our email provider (order emails), our hosting and database providers, and delivery partners. We don't sell your personal information.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Email delovettebrand@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
